14.1.        AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION

Amendments to the constitution of the Non Governmental Organization must be approved by at least a two-thirds majority of members at the general meeting of the NGO HRCMO, AFTER THE APPROVAL OF FOUNDER. They can not however, be implemented without the prior consent in writing of the register, obtained upon application to him made in writing and signed by three of the office bearers.
