4.1.OFFICE BEARERS

a)      The office bearers of the Non Governmental Organization shall be

         i.       The chairman

       ii.       Vice chairman

      iii.       Secretary

     iv.       Ass. Secretary

       v.       Treasurer

     vi.       Ass. Treasurer

    vii.       Coordinator

  viii.       Missionary representative

All of who shall be fully paid up members of the Non Governmental Organization and shall be elected at the annual general meeting to held in each year. (see also  rule (6b) below.

b)      All office bearers shall hold office from the date of election until the succeeding annual general meeting subject to the conditions contained in sub-paragraphs C & D of this rule but shall be eligible re-election.

c)      Any office bearer who ceases to be a member of the NGO shall automatically cease to be an office bearer thereof.

d)      Office bearers may be removed from the office in the same way as is laid down for the expulsion of the members in rule (3d) and persons elected at the general meeting resolving the expulsion shall fill vacancies thus created.
